The venue is relatively straightforward to reach from Vaclav Havel Airport Prague.

TES lists taxis as well as Uber, Bolt, and Liftago among the available options from the airport. Public transportation is also available, and the organizers are providing a dedicated TES airport shuttle between the airport and the conference hotel on September 25, with return shuttle service on September 28.

For attendees traveling internationally, staying at or near the Diplomat Hotel can simplify the conference considerably because much of the value of TES comes from meetings and networking around the formal program, rather than seminars alone.
